Hammett’s Collection

Hammett’s Collection is a group of novelty restaurants and establishments founded by multi-award winning Chef and restauranteur Chris Hammett and Sven von der Heyden.

All establishments in the Group are renowned for unique social dining concepts that provide patrons with worldly culinary journeys in its plates-to-share menus.

Hammett’s Collection is comprised of Hammett’s Gastro Bar (Asian fusion), Hammett’s Macina (Ethnic Mediterranean), Hammett’s Mestizo Malta and Menorca (Latin American) and Hammett’s Monastik (Northern European with a focus on local produce).

The award-winning quality of Hammett’s Collection’s restaurants is owed to its elite kitchen brigade, high standard of service and the unparalleled atmosphere created in its primely located venues.

The collection represents the catering arm of the Von der Heyden Group’s subsidiaries, complementing its upscale and international experiential offerings in its hospitality, travel, yachting and real estate around Europe.

The new restaurant in Mahón Harbour, Hammett’s Mestizo Menorca, marks Hammett’s Collection’s first establishment located outside of Malta opening in June 2023.
