The Group has acquired a 16th-century residential villa in Lucca with a total gross area of 2,000 sqm. The Von der Heyden development team has completed the design stages for the project and is now undergoing renovations to convert it into a boutique luxury asset. The property is being developed as a value-added transaction within the Group’s portfolio.

Renovations are on schedule and underway, with finishing stages planned at the end of the year.
